Returning Products to Janos

Our goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction on all our products. In the event that a problem arises with a product purchased, every effort will be make to resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction. Our warranty excludes products that have been improperly installed or maintained, modified or misused. Notification of claim must occur within the warranty period. Janos Technology’s liabilities are limited as set forth in our standard terms and conditions, copies of which are available upon request.

Our Promise of Satisfaction

Because we are personally committed to your satisfaction, you have 30 days from the original invoice date (60 days outside the US)to return unused and undamaged products for credit. A restocking fee may apply. Situations involving product damage of an indeterminate cause will be resolved fairly, with the customer needs foremost in mind.

Please note, custom and/or option configured products, or any order or series of similar orders for standard products exceeding $5,000 in the aggregate may be returned only with prior authorization of Janos Technology, LLC.

If you wish to return a product for credit or if you need to return a product for warranty service or non-warranty repair, here’s all we ask of you:

      • Get a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) from us.
        • Call (603) 757-0070 (8am – 4pm EST) or submit one of the following forms
        • Warranty Repair or Replacement
        • Return for Credit Request
        • Non-Warranty Repair or Recalibration
      • Be sure the product is returned undamaged and in its original condition.
      • Pack the product in the original or equivalent packing material.
      • Pay the return shipping charges and ship to:

Janos cannot be responsible for any damage occurring in transit to us and does not accept products returned without an RMA#.
