Janos Technology has completely revised its quality management system to comply with the requirements of International Standard ISO9001:2000 and Aerospace Standard AS9100:2001.

Having our quality management system in compliance with these standards reinforces our continuous improvement activities based on the “process approach” to quality management.

The standards promote the adoption of a process approach when developing, implementing an improving a quality management system which aligns perfectly with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing philosophies and methodologies.

The process approach allows Janos Technology to achieve its desired results more efficiently when activities and related resources are managed as a process.

The standards also stress the importance for an organization to identify, implement, manage and continually improve the effectiveness of processes that are necessary for the quality management system, and to manage the interactions of those processes in order for Janos to achieve its objectives.
