Windows
Circular windows of a wide variety of transmissive materials are used in numerous optical applications. Janos Technology offers state-of-the-art expertise in all commonly used (and some not so commonly used) optical materials for low, medium and high power light transmission throughout the spectrum (VUV through FIR).
The optical faces of these windows are parallel to each other. The "parallelism" specification listed is a maximum angular deviation between the two surfaces. In other words, a window listed with a parallelism of 3 minutes will have an angular deviation between the two optical surfaces of 3 arc minutes or Less.
Special anti-reflection (AR) coatings for other materials and wavelengths are also available as are a wide variety of partial reflector/beamsplitter and filter coatings. Please consult the Coating section for aid in coating specification.
* Standard AR coatings are available for the most commonly requested materials and wavelength bands. |
