John Therriault – General Manager
Mr. Therriault transferred to Janos in July 2010. Prior to this appointment, John was the President of Dover, Westborough, Massachusetts. Dover, a Danaher company, designs and manufactures systems in subsystems in the precision motion space. John has held various leadership positions within the defense arena at Kollmorgen Electro-Optical, Lockheed Martin, Loral and IBM. John has earned a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the US Naval Academy and an MBA from Binghamton University.

Jonathan Hildrey – Director of Finance
Mr. Hildrey joined Janos in July, 2004 and is responsible for Finance, IT, and Purchasing. Prior to joining Janos, Mr. Hildrey was CFO at Precitech, Inc. for four years and was Finance Director of Smith Flow Control Limited for seven years. Mr. Hildrey has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England.

Tim Olsen – Director of Engineering
Mr. Olsen has been at Janos since November 2008. Prior to this position, Tim was the General Manager of Thorlabs, Optical Division in Newton, NJ. Thorlabs, designs and manufactures optics and assemblies in the photonics industry. Tim has held various leadership positions in the photonics and optics industry including DPC/Siemens, Lucent Technologies - Bell Labs and Rudolph Technologies. Tim has earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MSEE in Electrophysics from NYU-Poly.

Kumar M. Khajurivala – Director of Coating Technology
Mr. Khajurivala has been with Janos since September 2007. Prior to this, Kumar was a consultant for thin film technology development, equipment acquisition and process set up. Has successful record of establishing state of the art coating businesses from scratch. Three in United States and one in Singapore. Kumar has held various leadership positions as Director of Optics Engineering, Director of Product development, Vice President of Operations and Sr. Thin Film Physicist in the Optics and Photonics industry at Acton Research Corporation, Deposition Sciences Inc., Precision Optics Corporation, Leica and FJW Industries. Kumar has earned a MS in Solid state Physics from University of Scranton.

Steve Kunze – Manufacturing Manager
Mr. Kunze transferred to Janos in December 2008. Prior to this appointment, Steve was a DBS Leader with Fluke Electronics in Everett, WA supporting Lean initiatives across Fluke North America. Fluke, a Danaher company, designs and manufactures thermal imaging cameras as well as other test and measurement equipment. Steve has held various operations positions with OEMs and contract manufacturers in the railroad, construction, and appliance industries. Steve has earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Dakota State University and an MBA from Marquette.

Andrew E. Dugrenier – Quality Assurance Manager
Mr. Dugrenier joined the Janos team in May 2010. Prior to this position, Andy supervised Manufacturing Engineering at Corning Specialty Materials in Keene, NH. Andy brings over 14 years of experience in precision machining, diamond machining, assembly and testing in the optics industry. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from Plymouth State University.

Milan S. Zeman – Senior Manager of Business Development & Sales
Mr. Zeman joined Janos in April 2009, coming from New Focus where he was senior marketing manager for OEM Instrument Products. He has spent more than 25 years working with laser and optical technologies holding leadership positions in product development, marketing, and business development. Milan has extensive experience in the defense, semiconductor capital equipment, materials processing and medical device markets. He holds BS degrees in Chemistry and Physics from Rochester Institute of Technology with additional graduate education in Imaging Sciences.
