Executive Team

Dwighd Delgado – Director of Manufacturing
Mr. Delgado joined Janos Technology, Inc. in June, 2007 as Director of Manufacturing, and brings with him extensive domestic and international success in operations management, technology transfer, and new product introductions. In his previous positions, he spearheaded multi-million dollar revenue growth, oversaw startup operations, managed new technology introductions, and launched capacity and cost productivity programs.

Prior to joining Janos, Mr. Delgado served as General Manager and Owner of Strategic Operations Solutions, a manufacturing operations consulting firm whose client demographics included USA, Asia, and Europe.

Mr. Delgado started his career with the General Electric Company (14 years), where he advanced into middle management at the interface between marketing, engineering, and manufacturing at GE Lighting and GE Ceramics. He continued his career with Spectris, plc / Fusion (14 years), advancing into senior management at Fusion Systems Corporation, Fusion UV Systems, Brüel & Kjær Vibro GmbH, and NDC Infrared Engineering.

Mr. Delgado earned his Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Engineering Management degree from George Washington University.

Harvey Clough – President
Mr. Clough joined Janos Technology in December of 2005. Prior to joining Janos, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Sciences, Inc., an international machinery manufacturer located in Wilmington, MA. Mr. Clough started his career at GE Lighting where he held a variety of manufacturing, quality, and engineering positions. He earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and his MBA from Case Western Reserve.

Jonathan Hildrey – Director of Finance
Mr. Hildrey joined Janos in July, 2004 and is responsible for Finance, IT, and Purchasing. Prior to joining Janos, Mr. Hildrey was CFO at Precitech, Inc. for four years and was Finance Director of Smith Flow Control Limited for seven years. Mr. Hildrey has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England.

Karl Martinson - Director of Business Development
Prior to joining Janos in July, 2005, Mr. Martinson held executive positions in business development at Thermo Opticon Corporation, Corning, and Research Electro Optics. A veteran of the photonics industry, Mr. Martinson has a broad based knowledge of the optical fabrication technology and extensive experience in managing strategic planning, technical sales, and marketing communications. Mr. Martinson graduated from the University of Massachusetts (Lowell, MA) with degrees in Business Management and Engineering.
